Cartara is a project-based and networked organisation with a few core team members, who cannot be named for security purposes. By staying small and agile, we can be quickly effective. Our culture is entrepreneurial and pragmatic, meaning we always find a way to make things work. The organisation is led by two co-Directors and oversight is provided by a three-person Supervisory Board.
